significant improvement since he switched barns, could be many reasons why
so i am not suggesting anything nefarious from mr Morgan , however not like the horse was coming from some second rate barn /trainer
 perhaps the USTA or similar bodies could actually just make sure, do some work
put the horse in a detention barn, do a pre and post race test
really they should be doing these things anyway to dissuade people from cheating
if Virgil has  nothing to hide than it should not be an issue to him

the guy is ripped and run a great operation. his hrses get great care and attention.
alot of times all you have to do is take good care of an animal keep them fit and maybe some wouldnt need a box of soda.
whatever the vets give them doesnt hurt either.

im real suprised that not mnore of you complain about the vets in the business. these are the guys administering these PED'S for these big stables. burkes morgan,engblom, takter. do you think they are going into these horses stalls at 8 pm the night before with bute and banamine?> doubtful.

Personally, I think if a person is going to accuse, cast aspersions, infer that there is something illegal going on, whatever you want to call it-----about a trainer, where a specific horse shows some massive form reversal-----prove it, they should post the lines, before/after, chart, etc. If not, then perhaps it's nothing more than hatred, envy, jealousy, resentment, covetous, lost bets, or the countless other things that causes people to throw stones.

Well said Grandstand.. I've chatted with Virgil multiple times at the LBJ and he doesn't know me from a hole in the wall. He was very approachable and willing to talk to me about many aspects of the sport. He runs a first class operation where his stock gets well taken care of. If I was ever to get back in the game and own a few, he would be the man I would go to as my trainer. Furthermore as a betting angle, in Ohio if you see that he has claimed one.. always hammer them especially their first few starts. Him improving new ones into his barn has been going on for decades.
