I know you love Brett Beckwith and he's doing well. Yes, he has 60 wins from 339 starts for a win % of 17.7%
Jason Bartlett has 49 wins from 168 starts, which is half the # of starts Beckwith has for a win % of 29.2%

I dont think anyone is claiming that today at age 22 Beckwith is better than Bartlett only that he is ON PACE to far surpass him.

I'm not diminishing what he's done so far, but some people are comparing him to Dexter Dunn and other Hall of Famers which is going way overboard. Give the kid time to grow and see where he is in 5 years. I try not to get caught up in all the hype with him and some pro athletes who come up and make a great impression right off the bat.

Scooteroo I agree with you. The kid is a good driver, but time will tell. The horses he drove in the 12 and13 races at the Meadowlands Saturday night were so fired up anyone could have won with them. Today it's the best chemist that win races today.

The kid won the last 3 Saturday night on trainers who are well known as honest long time horseman out East except I’m sure Jeff is shaky . But he isn’t even in New Jersey
