Funtime Bayama is in a qualifier at Meadowlands on Saturday. Their qualifiers have a stipulation attached. If you're a 3 or 4-year-old and qualify, you must race at least 1 time at Meadowlands unless you're leaving for a paid in event elsewhere.

They will get the morning qualifiers in but forget about Saturday night as the PINEAPPLE EXPRESS from the Hawaiian tropics will bring snow changing to an icy mix changing to a heavy rain lasting 48 hours it looks like starting at 1:00pm Saturday afternoon!

not impressed with the Q.  crawled to the 3 quarters and still got picked up by 2 horses.

I didn't think his qualiifier this morning was that special either.  Led through easy fractions and although did go 26.2 at the end he was easily passed by Hellabalou and a Bongiorno horse.  Others in earlier qualifiers went faster last quarters too.  He will need to do better.
