Ohio current purse structure

Does anyone know if there still is a 2.5% purse payout in Ohio for 6th place in a 10 horse field ?  I don't see any mention of it anymore.

The 10 horse field must have 10 starters for a 6th place payout.  3% comes from the purse account not the race purse.
