An absolutely excellent question! You should make the question clear and concise----and email it to----Joe Faraldo, Brian O'Dwyer, Robert Williams, Gary Pretlow, Bill Hornbuckle, Paul Salem, Kathy Hochul, and several others. At least you will have the possibility of getting an answer based upon facts.

I'm aware of how long CAWS have been in existence. Early 2000s I was 100% aware of them in t-breds. I'm not saying the meadolands invented them. I'm saying they work with them to ensure handle. Everyone knew this for years and years. It took jessica otten to piss everyone off again by congratulating them a few weeks ago
