Suspensions.. all need to be reciprocal for every racing jurisdiction,, stop corruption in testing labs(contamination, carpet sweeping, etc),, a private, unbiased Unified Racing Commissioner to oversee all track operators, participants and officials,, every eligible horse(6th place downward) is paid 2% of purse to compete/race.. abolish USTA for cover ups.. Racing's reputation is key for survival, the Federal/State/Casino money is there, take a small % and put it towards all good, integral proposals..

Management to me is the biggest problem and if you keep up with all world racing like i do then you would know that in JAPAN and HONG KONG RACING HAS HUGE FIELDS with dreams of winning huge money if you connect and winners can be sitting way back and win and at all points you can never be sure on the result,,,,,,,,,,,,,,lEADING TRAINER of all time Patrick biancone was caught and this one time sent him packing for life with a very huge fine and jockeys have been suspended for a year or more for finishing fourth and easing up near the finish causing them a third place finish,,,,,,,,,,, Drugs are not a problem with honest cops running the show and trainers and vets knowing that huge jail terms are at stake,,,,,,,,,,, The on track handicappers give you insight into angels that make the game interesting and their picks are not based on picking winners but based on value and return on your dollar,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,NO 40 PERCENT TRAINERS and its not even close,,,,,,,,,BOTTOM LINE IS THE PUBLIC FEELS PROTECTED BIG TIME AND THE HUGE BETTING DOLLARS PROVE THAT,,,,,,,,,,,

Years ago it was crooked trainers and drivers, today its mostly juice trainers. The program means nothing if you don't know if the horse was juiced this time or not. as the final dagger track management could care less.

You cant rob a bank these days and get away with it because management put all measures into stopping it.........simple answer to stop cheating and the over paid drivers can not be in control as we see what the horsemen like jim Whelan here in Canada have done to the game,,,,,,,,,,,PUT PEOPLE IN CHARGE THAT CARE,,,,,,,,

The problem is mostly the people who sit up stairs and let the cheating and set ups happen! Say nothing and do nothing! If we can see the cheating, you know they sure can as well!

Its the owners. They know what they are paying for.  Some actually get the drugs for the trainers.

And yet horseman crying about Freehold.

But they (Judges) let Surick and others steal (Cheat) thousands from them and said nothing about it! The judges knew he was using and just looked the other way as usual. Public knew it and bet other tracks!

You have good bad judges you have great judges like Tommy Salerno and then you have pieces of shit like Tad Stockman who kissed ass to get where he did.
