finding for Peimine, a prohibited substance. MACH LE MORE A is hereby disqualified and
placed 8th. All purse monies paid must be returned and redistributed. During the term of the
suspension David S. Russo will be denied the privilege of and access to all grounds under
jurisdiction of the NYSGC. All horses owned or trained by David S. Russo will be denied the
privilege of participating in any racing activities in New York and no transfer to any other
licensee(s) will be allowed. (1st offense in this category in a 365 day period). THIS
DECISION IS UNDER APPEAL.

Reports on the backside of Batavia last night that trainers are nervous with Russo talking to investigators. Going to rat out other trainers to save his ass. Russo family has a history of getting caught and selling out other people. No surprise he can't go back to Pocono.

Remember years ago, Louie Russo got busted bringing a horse trailer full of drugs across the Canadian bridge, he blew the whistle to save his ass somewhat.
