Lets see if the Northfield judges are equitable.

Arod tossed his whip into the into the infield at the close of race 15 as he was crossing the wire.

Justin Irvine got 30 days for that. Aaron actually was far more animated in his toss. Not sure what was bothering him.

I thought the Irvine days were ridiculous. Curious if they will penalize AAron.

If this is true, the judges can at the minimum fine him for 'talking' on the track and perhaps more if they deem this as an "unprofessional" conduct.

He was having a really bad night after a unproductive weekend. Beaten several times driving odds on favs.  I think he was just celebrating finally winning one. We all have nights like that.
