I like the idea of the Owners and trainers both sit with a positive test! They should also not be allowed to transfer Ownership with out proof of compensation,also the horse cannot be transferred back to the original owner for either 30,60,90 days! Let the cheaters put this in their pipes and smoke it! With the way they handle cheating in this game, it shocks me that there isn't a line of prospective owners lined up by the Paddock nightly! SMH

Only speaking for myself but I said owners and their horses should be punished when their trainer gets a positive test. First time the owners get warned and if they remain and there is a second offense then the owner and only the horse getting the positive gets to sit. I will once again say that when the owners get hit in the pocketbook some things will change and until then, nothing will change
