Ceba Horcy wins by 10 lengths at 59-1 at Dover
« on: January 31, 2024, 09:09:53 PM »
I bet $4 on him at 99 -few hours before race, my bet moved it to 9/2. I put him with 4 others in the perfecta and missed it because the favorite woke up after losing by 40 lengths previous week where the program said by mistake that it broke stride.

Morgan @ 9/5 wants no part of it?

Troy Beyer runs at the start!

Alan Davis driving for king jr.  got a spot, soft 1/2--beat by 30!

Get rid of Ceba in this class so the fun and games continue??

Waiting on other thoughts!  Please chime in!

This looks like a new acquisition for ole Ceba. In a month of his training if he really is the trainer, he'll be back peddling thru the field and won't beat 59. He goes up in class and Ceba will not grab so he'll be parked or fried to get to the lead.

Usually one or two a year at 50-1. Reminds me of that trot driver at Freehold who would go like 2-100 for the year but score at 100-1 from the 8 hole every once in a while.

East coast version of Dan Kennedy from Northfield.  But Dan was known for pulling at 40-1 from the two hole and fucking the whole race up --- Not sure if Ceba has those same habits.

Tony Dandeo, was the one you are referring to...... would rock and whip for an entire mile and 99 % of the time he was dead at the 3/4 pole. A real gem.

Whispers around DELMARVA indicate Ceba is in really deep shit off the track.....more egregious than what he has done on the track.  These boys don't play and resorting to the race card will not work on this.  Will know more when the whispers get a little louder.
