I can assure you that no inmate has access to Facebook while incarcerated not access to the internet.   If in fact they have a burner or any illegally obtained phone they will be caught with the new surveillance equipment that does detect phones.   Every call is monitored  and taped.  They cannot even email standard email   Only a text via certain equipment.   This is prison not club fed.

Whoever posted the inmate monitor is correct----it is updated instantly when an inmate is in transit----will not list destination until inmate arrives but it will show movement.

Therefore, rest assured the inmates that are incarcerated are in fact incarcerated.   Many holidays the prisons are short guards and it is even worse on the inmate's   Additionally on holidays the inmates are given a brown bag cold dinner to eat at their bunk for dinner.
