My immediate reaction is to side with Shetler but I've heard this denial stuff before from dear friends who were guilty as sin.
And if you listen to me I've always been innocent.

Years back, my wife taught at a public school and she had hundreds of stories about kids denying actions right in front of her.  So, yeah, people lie.

With out knowing Shelter or being there it's a tough one to commit on. Iam not heartless but I know today it's the best chemist not the best trainer who wins the most races. My lawyers told me deny,deny,deny and you're not guilty until you run out of money.

I have no idea what side to trust/believe but what I do find interesting is this

How damn long does a normal person carry a cooler around in the back of a truck and never open it up?  I personally don’t keep a damn cooler in my truck for 6-8 months

Right or wrong, the commission has decided that Andy is not a credit to the industry....they will continue to haunt him.
Life is not always fair.  this is an opportunity for Mr. Shetler to choose a new career path.
Turn the page.....only Andy knows the truth...obviously the gods of Indiana harness racing have an intense hard on for the guy.

All the more reason that harness racing needs HISA.  I don’t know Andy very well but this is a clear cut case of them nailing a little guy to the cross and turning a blind eye to people like Tyler George and Erv Miller and people they like. Andy will never be able to beat them. Look what they did to Brandon bates for having a gun in his parked car in the parking lot. When joe Morris, Rick Moore and the commission have it in for you, that’s it. This is why I Hope HISA or we get one large racing commission that oversees the sport on a national level. One set of rules that apply across the board.
