I have no doubt the guy is guilty of something...but not what he has gotten.  Seems crazy to be able to have your livelihood taken away because someone doesn't like you.   When others who have done the same get far less.  Could he file a civil suit against them?

The Law suit route is the only route. Once you take it away from the Racing officials and place it in a real court left up to real judges. The whole objective changes.

The solution for these non-medically licensed 'trainers' is simple. There should be NO----ZERO-----syringes nor medications ANYWHERE in a trainer's barn, house, truck, etc. Why? They are NOT a licensed veterinary professional. Many cannot even pronounce the chemical names of the 'drugs' they are injecting into these innocent creatures. Can a non-professional prescribe medications to their own family or friends with a pharmacy? NO! They are NOT legally licensed to do that! These are all excuses once caught and it is tiresome to see this every single Friday on the USTA website with many of the same characters named.
