Bought some well-bred horses at Lexington. Who is the person(s) owning this ? Yesterday alone they bought 2 of of day's highest for $140,000 each. On day one they bought one for $175,000.

I remember the name from the past. No idea who the principals are.

The corp was formed in the past month. Rita Armitage and James Mclane. The only horses in their stable are the 4 they just bought.

May very well have. Corp. names can be reissued after 10 years of inactivity. Or , could have been registered in another state.

They obviously are looking to race in the premier events. They are not afraid to spend.  Hope they do well. New owners is something the sport needs

Absolutely! It has become a club. Unattached competition is sorely needed.

Kirby'sAce should know.  But remember Wilmington DE is just a corporate registry location.

Nope, never heard of them.

Heard based in Kentucky.

I know Kentucky is the way to go for breeding and their breeders program.

There was from Ontario. Had some really nice trotters but haven’t seen them around for awhile

Rita has an AL address. James has MD. Armitage Farm LLC is listed as Midway, KY. On Pathway

Thats exactly where Josh Green moved to, I know he has a farm that goes by Spring Station Bloodstock. And owns some with Eric Good.

Maybe connected to Armitage?

Lots of farms located around there.

I believe that Kirby has hit the nail on the head! JG is set to train the small group. It won't take long for a confirmation!
