Plop not to throw shade on your frustration, but after looking at the program I’m surprised #5 didn’t go off 1-10. This NZ import has 2 recent YR miles in 1:51+ in this class, which destroys this field. With only $12,200 in the win pool just one large bet in the last minute could easily bring the odds down to 2/5 versus 9/5, which was also the morning line. This horse is headed back up to the YR Open next week. Good luck

ur right about Katz's.. It's nothing but an overpriced tourist trap now.. Ben's was delicious last time i stopped in at the one in Bayside several years back ..

Small pools are the reason. As mentioned one large bet could change the odds.
How about under 30K bet on the Open pace. Alex earns his money.  11.wp 11.wp 11.wp

In Florida the deli prices are much higher and can suck too. Corned Beef sandwich $19 with a pickle. $1 extra for lean. They can keep it.

I still think money was pulled off the 1 very late and put on 5. I've watched yonkers alot...horses don't go from 9 to 5 12 seconds before the start and go off at 2 to 5.   The one was 5 to 2 and went to 6 to 1. Look at replay and you can,see the odds before the start. I'm talking almost at top of stretch on gate.

I just went to my grocery store got a little American cheese n salami and a roll..3.50 make it myself. To go from that to 15.00 bucks is alot. Food and beverages has Been an addiction for far too long. Beverages as in soda galore and bottled water from store cold. I quit going out to outback just for myself because it's just not worth 20 bucks with tip. If I'm with her..I'd go out all the time.
