Realistically it was probably vitamins or electrolytes. He got scratched will get a small fine and it will be over with
Agreed. We don't know how much of this story is true and if it happened we don't know what was added.
lappe has horses racing at Vernon.
I don’t know how that’s possible. She has no address listed in the USTA Pathway, her membership expired 6/23, and she hasn’t started a horse as a trainer since 6/25/22.
If he did something wrong then he deserves a penalty.I find it hard to believe he would administer something illegal in from of others. There are stupid people out there but I don't think he is one of them.
The horse was scratched TRV, Trainers Responsibility Violation. He has to be assessed a penalty for necessitating a scratch imo. It also wouldn't surprise me if this turned into one of those "Hey,what ever came of that " cases like they sometimes do.
Super Betcha race 7, 9/23/23 Vernon Downs, also Lappe, Kokinos own Doc KW race 8, 9/23/23 at Vernon Downs. Both horses won Artie Dick trains and drives.
https://harnesslink.com/usa/why-stockade-seelster-was-scratched-from-the-jug/“It is our understanding that the rules and regulations were violated according to the Judges.” Dragone said. “Yes, Dr. Ian Moore was the trainer of record for Stockade Seelster. I can also tell you that despite the rumors, no contraband was found.”He's not that stupid to administer something in that setting. No one with a brain would be
As I said before it was probably electrolytes. With the 72 hour detention the horse probably wasn’t drinking that well. With 2 heats starting out a little dehydrated is not going to go well
