good subject and good list thorn
a couple of omissions
think cattlewash at $7,500 cdn could be very good
hate to say it but i think american ideal is high at $10k , has not produced much lately
realistically there is at least 10 on the list that should not be breeding but i guess for some lower jurisdictions is ok

If i were selling I would have bred  to TDS.  His first crop will be crazy and he’ll have a few good ones with the quality mares he covered.  But to keep and race. Too high for a horse Yannick had to pound on in most every race to the extent he was fined for excessive use of the whip.  Pappi Rob is a much better choice financially and I believe race horse wise.  To bad he broke a bone early on.

Good call on American Ideal -- $5 -7.5 seems more his range now, but he appears to be establishing himself as a successful broodmare sire.

Captain Crunch

soft
Many looked great at last year's sales, but where are they now -- and not one standout.
He actually had 2 in the 252,000 final.  Gem Quality out of the nice racemare Twinkle and Captain Fear Not who got scratched but had a few nice wins.

Very true, I believe Gem Quality was undefeated going in, but he failed to hit the board.
And Twinkle was an excellent race mare and she brought along her outstanding maternal family.
Right now GQ is probably a notch or two below the best 2yr olds., but he's definitely the cream of
the CC crop so far.

I agree, that one of Gassie Coleman’s seems like the one to beat right now. Has been pretty impressive.
