Nick Clegg Brutal with the Whip

Saw this guy at the Lake County Fair a few weeks ago one handed whipping Mike Lachance style, just absolutely pulverizing one.  At least they got him a couple weeks later.

Driver Nick Clegg did use his whip in an inappropriate manner while driving #2 LOVE`S
CRUISEING in the 5th race at the Richland County Fair in Mansfield, OH. Mr. Clegg is
fined $1,000 or if not appealed, $500. The fine is due within 10 days of this ruling. Mr.
Clegg has 48 hours to appeal this decision to the OSRC.
Status as of 8/6/2023 - Appeal - Mr. Clegg has appealed this decision.

Would love to see what he actually was doing but the horse made a break at the start and was far enough out of contention that he was never shown on screen.

Yeah I have no idea what happened in that race, but the race at Lake County the horse he was driving won, but it was one handers from the 3 -quarters all the way home.

The judges are pretty lax about shit at the fairs especially if there’s no wagering. For him to catch this fine at a fair? Fuck it musta been BAD.
