If SCM got arrested did they tow his shopping cart?

I was wondering this for awhile that if he got arrested would the police tow the shopping cart and impound it? Or maybe empty the contents and return the cart to Target? Any thoughts XYZ? Also did Paulie potatoes ever get a refund for the Chinese food that he never got? Inquiring minds want to know.

Well I'm glad you asked.  The shopping cart would most likely have been impounded. After 30 days they will charge storage at a rate of about $10.00 per day. After 45 days it will be sold at sheriffs sale to the highest bidder. Most likely a scrapper, or collector of fine mobile carrying devises.

As for Senator Potato Head. Its my guess that he called and said he never got the delivery, or it must have been delivered to the wrong address. I'm sure it was legally escalated to his team of cut throat lawyers seeking defend their #1 comedy club client.
