Classic New York Racing Part One
« on: June 12, 2023, 01:30:15 PM »
Seems to be a lot of newer people here from this generation .. I'll make this a several part series, showing some the best horses and  classic races but with good video quality .. Most of the 60s stuff is poor b & w so it's gonna be mostly 70s to start.

This is awesome historic nostalgia, I truly wish they restore the video and sound to HD quality - whoaa - like the bionic man "they can rebuild him....", makes so much better watching and listening, but for the time being awesome, thanks Thorn!   tmbz1

The Track announcers put a great deal of enthusiasm into race calling. It didnt matter if you watched it on a screen or heard it on a radio, the same level of excitement existed. Now a days the announcers put you to sleep by the half. ngc3
