I believe so, the days of getting in at a cheap level is becoming more and more rare.  There are still good horses to be had for less money that need more time etc. But, there is alot of changes in horse values.

Voukefalas--best of NJ lot.  Paced 1.50 at The Meadowlands and parked out first half!  Best of NJ?  Plenty in the tank?  We'll find out Saturday night!
