This may be the Greatest Mystery in Harness Racing History - Completely Overlooked!

Is it possible, that Lou Pena all along since heading East from Cal Expo has been the BEARD for someone else?

A horse trainer no doubt, soft spoken and polite, but not a very smart guy, is there a ? behind Lou Pena for the last 15 years!

Someone with a login can fill in Lou's entire history.  Was this dude dirty in Cal Expo?  What happened in 2007 that's upside down, was he getting heat?

After his suspension 2012 he deployed more BEARDS than anyone in the history of harness racing - very ambitious moves.  Managed to stay out of jail being all over the radar, and has even been partially reinstated.  Who and what is this dude connected to?

That said-he is also known to have told a leading trainer at the American Hotel in Freehold "get out of the business-you cant compete with me-you dont have what I have" Funny guy---he also got hard done by in New York--0 positives but banned unless he coughs up about 400K-and still may be denied. Too cocky and brash and under the influence most likely.
His Mexican trainer allies--look after him--so lets hope he stays out of trouble.
