Bottom line pants uses his wife regardless of who hes got horses for. Neil got lucky with this guy and Pants doesnt have any high end horses to drive why not take a shot driving these things. Training doubtful.

Well it was comical to enter horses from non winners 7500 in the borgata . The guy is spending real cash hopefully he gets a few wins . Pants will help obviously but you have to have a clue where to spot these horses.
