Looks like he is more hooked up with Pants other than an Allard groom.  Everywhere he goes Pants is driving for him

Neil has just ventured into buying better horses. He is a good guy, well grounded and relying on Pants and others to teach him what he doesn't know.  I wish him the best!

Considering that it's him and his owner that are buying the horses, that's seems like a really stupid opinion. In my opinion.

Neil Balcerak don’t have a clue!!  Just a beard for Pants.  When he was on his own didn’t even jog his horses, just lunged them in a ring.  No doubt bearding for Pants.  Guy is dumb as a box of rocks!
