The man is a CRIMINAL--SO HOW DOES HE GET AN OWNERS LICENCE??

The son has the same name and hes probably using his name,  the son is licensed til 12-30-20, with a different birth date, the father was denied on the USTA page, i dont know how he can be licensed when it sais denied, but i guess it's possible? either way, neither of them should be able to race , sick!
