TONIGHT.   THE ORDER FURTHER MANDATED A MASK ON EVERY PERSON IN ALLEGHENY COUNTY (PITTSBURGH AREA).   I BELEIVE THIS ORDER IS FOR 10 DAYS AND THEN TO BE RE -DETERMINED.   THE ORDER IS DUE TO A TREMENDOUS RESURGENCE IN COVID 19 CASES IN WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA.   WASHINGTON. PA. HAD IN EXCES OF 15 NEW CASES LAST 24 HOURS.    PITTSBURGH HAD NEW RECORD NUMBERS THE LAST THREE DAYS.   

FURTHER, SEVERAL LAWSUITS HAVE NOW BEEN FILED AGAINST COMPANIES THAT WERE OPEN DURING COVID 19.   THE FEDS ARE TRYING TO PASS A BILL TO STOP THESE LAWSUITS BUT FOR NOW THE 7TH AMMENDMENT IS VERY CLEAR--ANYONE CAN SUE ANYONE AND RECEIVE A JURY TRIAL IF THE AMOUNT IN QUESTION IS IN EXCESS OF$25.

I BELIEVE THAT THIS IS THE REASON OF THE SHUTDOWN.

TONIGHT THEY CANCELLED ALL HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS ---YETERDAY HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION.  ALL YOUTH SPORTS.   ETC.
