Every story on this subject has been given (probably by the feds) to Finley. 

I just went to the Southern District NY website and nothing about Allard listed in the search function.  For the hell of it I searched for Conor Flynn and did get details of his indictment. 

Would Allard be charged somewhere else? How does Finley know what was said?

According to the indictment.

"On October 8 Allard asked Grosso to ship 3 bottles of Red Acid to Canada Thursday".

On October 19th his prized filly When Doves Cry finished 2nd in the BC Elimination.

Guess she had bad joints
