Will they give Country Fairs a licence ? They most likely would draw more horses to enter. Allegan County Mich
drew slot of bettor's the year they had watering.

They had betting at Allegan County Fair for one year about 30 years ago.
They couldn't retain another licence from the Startate for the next fair.
Jackson Harness Raceway complained.
