O.S.R.C.-3769-12-26(A)(10) 12-99 18-01(B)(1) 18-07(A) 18-99 Mr. Crawford is barred from all grounds governed by the OSRC during his suspension. Any horses under his care that he wants to transfer to another owner or trainer must be approved by the judges or the OSRC. If the fine is not paid to the judges by 11/16/19 you may be suspended and or license revoked by the commission.
