CONDUCT DETRIMENTAL TO THE BEST INTEREST OF HORSE RACING
Mr. Crawford was observed entering his horse trailer which was parked at a gas station near Northfield Park just prior to entering the grounds. When questioned he admitted to injecting #5 I Could Care Less in race 5 on 11/6/19 with a medication using a needle and syringe. His conduct was against the best interest of racing. O.S.R.C.-3769-12-26(A)(10) 12-99 18-01(B)(1) 18-07(A) 18-99 Mr. Crawford is barred from all grounds governed by the OSRC during his suspension. Any horses under his care that he wants to transfer to another owner or trainer must be approved by the judges or the OSRC. If the fine is not paid to the judges by 11/16/19 you may be suspended and or license revoked by the commission.

If a rat can catch some poor trainer living pay check to pay check, why haven't 10 rats caught Burke and his crew ??

Of course we know your kidding. Burke has been caught more than most already but he almost always gets a pass & when he doesn't, he serves his time during his Florida winter months.
