Young guys deserve a chance.  Thing is, a lot of those interns are so self-absorbed that they think they've already made it.  not all; but some.  And, know it all.  So, given that - why not just go with someone that really does know it all.

The other irritation is, after giving these newbies some favor - the minute they have a choice, they pick off your entry.  So, while your point is ever well taken.  Loyalty, a trait that is often low priority in this sports, should be a 2 way street.



I agree 100% on your loyalty comment...Needs to be a two way street especially with the newbies... the moment they have a choice and start to get more drives than what they originally started with, they forget who were the ones who put them up first. I get it, it's a sport and everyone wants to win however it'd be nice to know that once their name is known they don't forget where they started, or better WHO they started with
