This is the million dollar question that puts many members in a conundrum.

Should Johnny be allowed to get his license?

The obvious answer is no.

But.....

I hate having to defend his ability to get a license but when compared to other horrible horsemen who got their licenses back after committing much worse infractions, it really leaves me no choice but to defend his right to a license.

When a lifetime suspension actually means a lifetime suspension then the playing field will level itself.
