South wind Ozzi was pretty darn good In there for a little guy against the big stable . Sears must have saw or heard something good to bring him out for one drive on a muddy Sunday night

It is completely baffling to me that with this race 3 weeks away that 50 owners feel as of May 15 they have a shot to be 1-5 in the final with a final stakes payments of $2,000.00 Canadian and a starting fee of $8,000.00 Canadian.  Especially with the miles some of these 3 year old's have been showing.  Even with 1% for being in the final and finishing 6-10 you still lose money.  What are some of them thinking?

Look at it this way best Juice wins. All the big boys want to win these big pots so they run the elims a basic no try just qually for the final then load em up and hope your juice is the best.

If all 50 enter we wont have to worry about non tries in elims. Will have to finish 1-2 just to make final

Best card of the year at WEG, great crowd and atmosphere. Please do not cry about beer prices etc buy a couple and enjoy the racing.

A $2,000 payment if you think you might have even the 4th best colt sounds worth the risk to me

  • Calhoun: Thx I'm leaning to the 5 there.  Those CD/GP full field races look the best on the page. 1/2 length from being a G3 winner.
