I would say back when the Meadowlands was the place John Campbell was the master. Most talk about all the wins he had but never the drives that went backwards. He stiffed more horses and was in on more rigged races than anyone.

It's easy. At Dover you don't need a crooked drive. All you have to do is part-wheel the favorite and co-favorite with the rest of the field. Costs $12. in an eight horse field. The trifectas come back good because the longest horses in the field finish third. Check it out.
