bought one, great lines, couldnt handle racing against the better stock in NY. Won a low level NW and when he won out of the class by $, sold him fast. Some of the horses there are borderline plow horses disguised as race horses.

Tioga's 2018 trotter of the year came from there.  Came in a nw3 left an open winner.  Best part, winning 7 times the horse never paid less than $7.

If you are planning on racing your purchase at American shithole tracks like Monti or in Maine, what the fuck difference do it make?

I bought a Big Towner filly at the Meadowlands sale from there for $20,000. Misty Towner. Guy named Romo had her. I heard bad things afterwards. I was relating the story to Robert Beauregard who said, sometimes you gotta pay $20,000 for a good $4,000 claimer. Anyway she was injured so being a Big Towner I bred her and got a decent filly, Dannie In Diamonds, that was a good $15,000-$20,000 claimer when she broke a bone while turned out. Moral of the story is stay away from those PEI horses.

I paid $22,000 for the 2 and 3 Atlantic Champion Trotter. Won like 20 of 24 starts Had a mark of 2:02. He got claimed from me for $10K. That guy sold him after 2 starts to the original PEI guy for $6k. The level of competition there is very poor.
