Whats the difference between pena and burke?

Another reason why harness racing deserves to die. Pena, deservedly so, was run out by going after his vet's records. Has any state regulatory agency , OR that bastion of integrity, Jeff Gural gone after Burke's, Allard's, Miller's vet records? As to the answer to the question posed, there is a difference between the two. One is white, the other is Latino, they both are scum.

Burke trains for gural.  Pena used to demolish gural owned horses. Pena won with just about any horse. gural doesn't like having HIS horses lose. ESPECIALLY AT HIS OWN TRACK.

The injustice comes from the fact that ONLY Lou had his Vet records checked-Not Allard,Burke,Banca,didomenico,Oakes,Millers etc.

Lou DID break the rules 1600 times by stacking and going inside withdrawal times -so he deserved punishment IMHO-he pissed off the wrong people by shoving it in everyone's faces.

What I also found amazing-nothing happened to the Vet whose records were seized and showed the discrepancies-so who did the actual injecting? Lou or the Vet?

Surely if the Vet KNEW what Lou was doing -he would have been complicit and faced disciplinary action--did he??  wouldnt you then want to see other trainers this Vet was treating to see if they were doing the same thing??

Bond my post was a mirror view of what the general public not in the game would be thinking. The general public would read Pena cheated and yes he did and then you have Burke who also cheated and again yes he did but they ask themselves why one gets the boot and the other a slap on the wrist. And this is why the industry is in the toilet in the eyes of the public because the industry is corrupt and the game is rigged and that's on us the industry, we did nothing.
