Bill has now passed the ILLINOIS Senate and once JB signs it Arlington, Hawthorne, and Fairmount will get 1,200 machines apiece. New casinos (5) and old casinos go from 1,200 to 2,000 total gaming positions.

Okay so let me get this straight they get casinos they get slot machines they get gaming platforms at race tracks but the state gets all the proceeds to fund schools 100% how is it people make money and if someone owns the casino how do they make money? How can it be 100% proceeds to school all the money is funneled to the state after expenses who benefits but the state.am I right

There won't be much of a return for a few years. It will take the breeding colony time to have more then 140 foals currently. There maybe some satellite stables show up with overnight horses I would guess. Also the PA trainers like the day racing or the chance to race Philly and Pocono on same days. Same with drivers and they get a retirement program racing in PA. Good luck with any extra benefits in IL. Other then more taxes. Most have been gone for years and like it out there.
