...and he turned down his right for a split sample review. Looks like he was ready to take it on the chin.

STABLE FULL OF LOWLIFES, EDDIE HAS A GROOM/SHIPPER NAMED TOM BUZZKOWSKI, WHO IS A BIG DRUGGY.  WOULDNT BE SURPRISED IF YOU TEST BUZZY HE WOULD TEST POSITIVE FOR THE FENTANYL AS WELL.  IT WAS JUST A QUESTION OF WHEN THESE 2 GOT CAUGHT

A big stable would fight this to the end and never serve a day of suspension.  Appeal appeal appeal.   Sad this always happens to the little guys that can’t afford a high priced attorney that knows the businesss.

Sad?  Amazing you are after all the other juicers but feel for poor little Zubkoff.  Guy poached a horse from another trainer with a deal and then killed him within 2 months.  Count me as one of the guys not feeling bad for him.

Not sad for him,  it’s sad for the industry in general how rules only get enforced against smaller stables.

throw him in jail along with the others that have positives for synthetic pot   suspensions and fines dont do anything, they just slide the groom or a family member in as trainer on paper  theyre still at the barn everyday so nothing changes and the purses are so good so the fine is a drop in the bucket

that stuff is 100 times, I said 100 x's more potent that opiods.  That is the stuff that accidentally gets on people and they OD.  that is the stuff that can KILL people.  What in the hell is Keidel letting him race at Dayton?????  That is very, very dangerous to have around the grooms, driver, trainers and horses too!!!  No way should he and the other fam members be getting in to go in OHIO!  Somebody is gonna die; so, where's the OHHA and USTA  ???

Fentanyl Discovered at The Meadows
« Reply #11 on: October 06, 2018, 05:28:24 PM »
$10,000 and 1 year suspension for discovery of fentanyl in Pennsylvania.  Yet Dayton is allowing the trainer and his family to race here in Ohio.  Maybe somebody oughta tell Keidel that Montgomery County (Dayton) has the highest number of opiod deaths in the country!  They are serious on the subject, especially this fentanyl that is 100 times more potent than opium.  People have OD'd from this shit just because it was on the handle of a cart in the grocery.  Is OHHA and OSRC really going to ignore this potential hazard to grooms, trainers, drivers and the horses?  No way should this perp be racing ever again - worse than a drug dealer showing such disregard for anyone.  It will not take but a whiff of this story to the Montgomery County sheriff and that shutdown last year at Miami Valley will look like peanuts.  Because they will flat out close the place and demand it to be hospital quality cleaned and likely a quarantine period.   OH?  then it'll become the big damned deal it should be today.

Honestly it's .Ridiculous,  no reason anyone should be touching it ,  let alone show up in a horse post test, i would like to know his excuse, and excuse for not split sample, but it's dangerous shit and i hope who ever administered it knows what there doing, but i doubt it, no vet would be caught with it, i dont see how it would improve a race horse, it's meant to knock a human out, maybe it's the same as the Elephant juice people used to use? I dont know, this world, horrible. ..
