 Racetracks should own their own Adw wagering operations. Thus stopping these companies who do nothing for the business, from taking wagers period  Then do away with rebates period, and spend the money on advertising, drug testing, or purse increases

actually i read an article the other week that there were a ton of people betting 2 to win on justify just so they have the ticket as a souvenir

caused the horse to be low odds apparently
