i guess you dont watch pompano ..he was leading  percentage trainer in the nation and was driving his ass off..i liked him when he was a young driver very aggressive..kinda lost my taste when he got older and raced at yonkers..Ill tell you one thing ..he can get one to LEAVE the gate as good as anyone i know..was nice to see him and McNichol team up together and get some big wins ..especially for a personal friend of mine fred montelone
