He could have went faster, sure looked like he wanted to go around again. The driver had a tough time slowing him down after the wire. I don't know how much that driver weighs, he looked like a good 220 though.

Horse was a runaway which isn't good. Speed break before gate opened too. I'd wait and see on that one.

I know the southern guys get them ready early but this one was impressive no mattter

agree with you Purple....just flipped on that race & was impressed by that 56 back half & the horse dragging around Bea Arthur...
Who I have closer to 250 lbs from my sources...

The super fast early ones are not always around at the end but speed is speed...
First crop sire, who the hell knows what this guy has...

& 16-18 k price tag is beyond wishful thinking
