Does anyone know how you add a link on here?

Click the icon below the Italic I symbol above the reply box.  It looks like a globe with a sheet of paper.
http://. And insert link between url pair.

Thanks, but unfortunately I wasn't able to get it to work, it's no big deal, but thanks anyway!

Just copy and paste the link then

Just copy the link you wish to add by first highlighting it then copy it with either right clicking your mouse and selecting copy or using the keys control  and c at the same time.  Then go to the thread here on plop and paste it with the same method above except its contol and v not c. 

If you don't know how to highlight the link ask google they can explain it.
