The only people who want to be there are the bums on the backside who get free living taking care of all them juiced up pigs in the barns.
Besides all the involved personnel, what about the bills, who, and what funds are paying those, maintenance issues, repairs, track equipment...this thing doesn't launch unless there's proof this track can function.
