Jury of 12, selected by his attorneys and the prosecutor.  Same as everyone in America.  Like the verdict or not, it is how all juries work.  It was UNAMIMOUS…. It was fined 10 times for contempt of court.   Keep on winning with Donnie the Commie, 34 times a loser…..again today.

Racing officials get paid the same whether they catch cheaters or not.  Why create more work for themselves?  They just show up, move some papers around, get vested in the state pension system and go home.  It took the FBI to bust Navarro and Surick and others even though everyone in racing knew they were cheating for a LONG time.

Now that Taylor has problems, why not just offer a reward of $100,000 or more for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Burke if in fact he is guilty along with others of God's Chosen People if in fact, they are guilty.
