WELL HE GOT HIS WISH. SCM WAS OFFICIALLY DENIED A LICENSE BY THE USTA MEANING HE CAN NEVER PARTICIPATE IN HARNESS RACING FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE. MAYBE A FAIR TRACK THAT ISNT GOVERNERNED BY USTA RULES. MAN HE GOT THAT HORSE ALL READY TO GO AND READY TO QUALIFY FOR NOTHING. ALL HE NEEDS TO DO IS PUT IT UNDER SOMEONE ELSES NAME LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. DOES HOPRSEPLOP THINK MIKE GOT A RAW DEAL OR IS HE A VICTIM? PLEASE SERIOUS REPLYS ONLY

Thats not true..You do not need a USTA license to participate in harness racing for some positions. Like a Groom for one. What's your source on this statement he said he was told his membership would be reviewed by the USTA. (Which probably means denied,)
