Tony Morgan - the best ever?

Tony owned Chicago racing for almost a decade and a half. He oversaw training of Gerry Hansen's barn as well as a few others.
I was watching old tapes of races from Maywood and Hawthorne and he put his horses in the right position every night.
I know he did very well after moving to Delaware too but when he moved from Oh/Mi circuit to Il he really took off.

When in Chicago at the tail end he use to have Jim Scholz train his horses.
