Trump called Canada "one of the worst countries in the world" this week. British Columbia Premier David Eby responded with a breakup letter addressed to "American friends": "We're going to start seeing other countries. It's not you, it's him." Canada housed 6,600 stranded Americans after 9/11, sent 40,000 soldiers to Afghanistan, and lost 158 of them. Trump has spent this year threatening them with 50% tariffs and annexation rhetoric.
