The wheel of justice turned slowly but,  atleast  USTA finally reacted to the fraudulent  transfer of the Allard stock! I believe that anyone who proven to be fraudulent in Harness Racing should be banned for  life and any purse money eared prior to the decision should be returned.

The rolling states they are banned for not cooperating.  They stopped communicating with the USTA investigators seeking additional banking documents.
I hope they uncover enough data that exposes them and Allard.
 Maybe the the FBI or the Canadian Royal Mount. Will pick it up for prosecution.

As close as he was to Allard before the indictments, it would make sense if the Feds had some long talks with Clegg. After all the sentences were handed down, Clegg pops up with a full barn of Ohio breds. Clegg loved telling anyone who would listen how he was a tough guy.
