They made an announcement that jugette horses had to be in the barn in 5 minutes.  He went off on some people with the you know who I am routine.  From what I know he was in at 11.  Brian Penske years ago was very late and allowed to race.  The detention barn Is a joke veterinarians are in there pumping on them all day.
