Was Burke late for detention for the Jug races.and allowed to race?

 Voice record is a wonderful tool. He spoke to the security guard as if he was dirt. I wonder if Ohio's Commission  is going to let him speak to people like this. Probably  so.
They will let him race,anyone else...scratch.Th ank the people he is not on USTA's board or the Racing Commission  because every thing flies for Burke. Like father  like son.
